I have long been a fan of Tony Robbins.  Many years ago I listened to a whole tape program (yes cassette Tapes) that put me on the path to opening my own restaurants and achieving the success that I always wanted.

This video is really powerful and breaks through a lot of clutter of what holds people back and stops them from succeeding and achieving their dreams and desires.
