@ Bill Borders Cool. Having head knowledge, while very important, is not nearly enough. It takes years of dedication, practice, and hard work to be a success at anything. Running a successful business is often a series of learning exercises. What works for one restaurant may not work for another. It's important that you gather a variety of secrets and strategies into your arsenal so that you can try whatever it takes to make your restaurant a huge success. Shoot me an email at Jonathan@RestaurantSuccessSystem.com

Couldn't agree more!

I own a printing company and two Italian restaurants. We have been doing direct mail post cards for over a year and it has become my main marketing tool. Monthly specials, birthdays and anniversaries are all good reasons to reach out to your customers. Postcards are great because they are MEASURABLE!
But the response you get is directly tied to the offer and the front of the card should not be cluttered or too busy, less is more in this case and perceived value matters!

Our next marketing campaign is going to be cross media... direct mail, PURL's and email and micro-sites.

Please keep sending me emails.
