    I was on stage this past weekend for the Health Expo at the State Fairgrounds and I did a cooking demo and you can see it here. We had a great turnout day of, but video recording it and re-purposing for use on your website or for your guests takes a one day event with a good deal of effort and makes far more worth it by getting the most out of it.
